It's Pawty Time! tailors our services to fit the needs of your household, thus, the initial meet & greet is a chance to get to know each other better. Your initial meet & greet is always free of charge for up to 30 minutes.

My dog loves going to the off-leash dog park near our house. Can you take them there during a scheduled visit?

No. We find off-leash situations outside of their yard to be something best experienced with mom and dad. If your pup would prefer a visit a state park instead of an off-leash walk, we can do that.

Keep in mind: We suggest 45-60 minutes for this service so your pup(s) can get their energy out and to provide them time for scent exploration . You can also book our Adventure Walk which would fall under this request as well. We do Adventure Walks 2 times a day with one in the morning at 9AM and one in the afternoon at 3PM.

I’m crunched for time–can you drive my pet to a vet visit? Or to their boarding facility?

Absolutely! Our Pet Taxi service can do that for you in most situations. We’ll come to your home, and be sure your pets get where they need to go. Need us to wait for the check-up? No problem, we’ll do a round-trip! Coming home from vacation late, but don’t want to leave your pup at the boarding facility an extra night? We'd be happy to bring them home for you! There’s nothing better than coming home from a long trip to your sweet pup already waiting for your arrival home!

*Please note: Pet taxi services are not available 24/7 and we do appreciate as much notice as possible. However, we will do our best to accommodate any last-minute emergencies.

Do you require my puppy/dog to have had all their vaccines, or be spayed or neutered?

Vaccines? Yes, dogs/puppies must be current on the age appropriate vaccinations and we reserve the right to request proof of vaccination prior to service. While we understand the additional legwork this causes, it's part of our mission to provide a healthy and safe environment for all our furry clients. This begins with reducing the risk of spreading or catching any canine viruses .

Spay/Neutered? Usually... Our home Drop-In Visits, Express Potty Breaks and Pet Taxi are available regardless if your pets have been spayed or neutered; however, all public walks and overnights are only available to spayed and neutered pets. We reserve the right to request veterinarian confirmation prior to service.

Do you administer medication to pets?

Yes! We will administer medication (pills, drops, supplements) with no charge to you during your scheduled service. Please note that we cannot administer medication to any animal that posses a danger to us. Thanks for your understanding!

How does It's Pawty Time! get access to my home?

During the Meet & Greet session we will go over how we will be gaining access into the home for long term and short term clients.

How and when do I pay you?

It’s so easy! For dog walks, you will enter your credit/debit card information and be charged at the time of scheduling. We work with PayPal, so your information will never be sold and is encrypted for your security.

For all other services, we will send an invoice after we've spoken about the specifics of your pets' needs and scheduled a service. You can pay directly through the invoice by credit/debit card. These invoices are also backed by PayPal's encryption and security.

Are you Bonded and Insured?

Yes! All our services are covered by a general bonding and liability insurance policy. We’re happy to show you a copy of our policy upon request. We are a registered business in the state of Oregon.

What is your Inclement Weather cancellation Policy?

One of our first priorities is your pet's safety and wellbeing; however, to provide a safe environment for your furry family member, we must ensure safe driving conditions for services that require us to navigate to and from your home.

When it comes to Mother Nature and her unpredictable fury, there are a few situations where we might be unable to travel to/from your pet. In the following cases, we’ll waive the cancellation fee for any days we are unable to provide service.

  1. In the event our county is put under a state of emergency or otherwise ordered to stay home due to unsafe weather/driving conditions.

  2. If we feel safety is an issue for us to venture out due to a weather incident, and other arrangements for your pet have been confirmed.

*Since late cancellations impact our earnings, we'd like to keep our schedules on a consistent basis as much as possible. If we can get to your home safely, even in inclement weather, we’d love to keep you on the schedule.
